Submit your PO product photos

This procedure is mandatory for every new ELUXIOR Purchase Order. It takes only four steps. You must send at least one clear reference photograph for every distinct Style Number on each PO.

One PO = one PO Photo Card file. Use the secure PO-specific link supplied by ELUXIOR for that PO. The page verifies your vendor and PO and provides the PO Photo Card. If your Digest A does not contain the link, contact ELUXIOR before uploading. For each product, you write only the STYLE NUMBER and the PHOTO DATE. The same PO card is reused for each SKU in that PO.

1Download

Open the secure link supplied for the relevant PO. Check the vendor and PO shown on the page, then use its card download button. If the link is missing from your Digest A, contact ELUXIOR. Do not use the blank Showroom Product Card for a PO.

2Write

Write the exact STYLE NUMBER and DATE OF PHOTO clearly and in large characters on the printed card. Nothing else is needed.

3Photograph

Photograph the complete product with the whole card visible and a measuring tape beside the product. The QR and handwritten details must be legible. One photo per distinct SKU per PO; different sizes/colours/finishes require separate photos. Keep each photo under 2 MB without sacrificing readability.

4Upload

Use the Upload photographs button on that PO's secure page after checking the vendor and PO. No Google account is needed.

    Confirmation means received pending review. ELUXIOR still needs to check the card, product and Style Number. Keep the receipt IDs below. Retry failed files only.

    QR verification is optional and does not block upload. Style Number recognition and SKU matching remain advisory/manual-review features; unclear or conflicting photographs require manual review. The current PO and official TJX instructions always take precedence for packing, compliance and shipping.
